Why choose me?

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked in Christchurch in private practice, community and hospital settings for over 30 years. During this time I have helped hundreds of people manage a wide range of personal issues ranging from relationship difficulties, stress, gambling and alcohol addictions, trauma, anxiety, or depression. I have also offered sessions on life coaching and life transitions. Because of my many years experience as a Clinical Psychologist and long-term Psychotherapist, I also work collaboratively with a variety of professionals and NGO’s as a Supervisor.

Long-term change, if it is to be broad based, usually takes time. My long-term work is heavily influenced by Mindfulness and Jungian approaches to psychotherapy.
